A/Prof Sydney Ch'ng was invited to present the PA Shah Oration at the Federation for Head & Neck Oncology 2024 Conference in Mumbai, India. A/Prof Ch'ng also visited and observed Tata Memorial Hospital.
A/Prof Ch'ng felt honoured and humbled to be invited to present the PA Shah Oration at the Federation for Head & Neck Oncology 2024 Conference, Mumbai, India. The Foundation for Head and Neck Oncology (FHNO) is a multi-specialty national society for Head & Neck Cancer in India. Our membership is drawn from the entire gamut of medical sub-specialties involved with Head & Neck Cancer. She presented on her approach to and experience in midface reconstruction. In addition, she delivered three other presentations, including Coping with the Unanticipated, Mucosal Melanoma - an Enigma, and Facial Reanimation in the Oncologic Setting.
She also visited and observed Tata Memorial Hospital prior to the conference, and hopes that there could be more collaborations between the institutions going forward.
